Registration Deadline
Course registration mustĀ be completed 1 week prior the the scheduled class. There is a limited number of openings for this class so register soon.
Student Cancellation Refund Policy
If a student cancels her/his registration any time after the registration deadline, s/he will loseĀ their non-refundable deposit.Ā

Once capacity has been reached the online purchase of the class will not be available. Please contact us to be put on our waiting list in case an opening becomes available.
Lymphedema SolutionsĀ reserves the exclusive right to cancel classes TWO WEEKS before the first day of class if minimum class size requirements are not met. A full refund will be issued within 2 weeks of the scheduled class start date.
All CE workshop course fees are subject to Hawaii General Excise Tax of 4.712%.
